DSME Research Retreat 2023

The Institute for Data Science in Mechanical Engineering (DSME) recently held its annual research retreat from May 31st to June 2nd, 2023. The retreat took place in Monschau, located in the nearby Eifel, where the DSME researchers conducted small poster sessions to discuss their finished and ongoing research projects. The primary objective was to receive feedback on various aspects, encompassing the mathematical foundations and practical applications of their research. Additionally, the whole DSME came together for a hike in and around Monschau as a break from research activities.
