Timo Thun receives FuseNet Master Thesis Prize

Timo Thun has been awarded a FuseNet Master Thesis Prize for his master thesis "Reinforcement Learning for Wendelstein 7-X Divertor heat load control". The prize was issued this year for the first time by the European Fusion Education Network of the European Union for outstanding master theses in the research field of fusion. The master thesis was written at the Max Plank Institute for Plasma Physics, Geifswald, in cooperation with the Institute for Data Science in Mechanical Engineering (DSME) at RWTH Aachen University.
