The docotoral researchers Pierre-François Massiani, Christian Fiedler, and Paul Brunzema of the Institute of Data Science in Mechanical Engineering (DSME) had the oppertunity to participate in the Cambridge ELLIS Unit Summer School on Probabilistic Machine Learning 2023 at the University of Cambridge.

The Summer School included 130+ attendees and over 18 leading researchers gave lectures and presented their work. The DSME researchers were able to present their current research in poster sessions and see the work of others in a farewell reception. Furthermore, there was prenty of time to network with the other attendees from across Europe, e.g., at a formal dinner at Sidney Sussex College or at Much A Do About Nothing at the Cambridge Shakespeare Festival.
